Here’s another safari style bedroom that’s definitely not over the top. In fact, it’s tastefully done incorporating zebra print with an ottoman. The black and white print design continues with an area rug.
Here’s an example of a kid’s room incorporating zebra print with a rug. It’s playful and lessens the brightness of the pink color motif throughout. Frankly I never would have guessed pink goes so well with black and white, but it’s striking color combination. .
Here’s a great example of placing a zebra print rug under the bed. The room isn’t a large space, so the rug takes up much of the room, forming a nice visual frame for the bed. The dark bench at the end of the bed along with the white bedding creates a decent space for this rug. Again, I’m of the view that a darker floor would work even better. .
