While still Keeping Up With The Kardashians, host and husband of Kourtney Kardashian Scott Disick have added his E! Show Flip It Like Disick to his repertoire. As his first endeavor, he’s selling a 5,663 square foot Hidden Hills farmhouse built in 1973 and renovated 2000s style for $6.25 million.

The Nitty-Gritty
Disick’s renovated creation is located in Hidden Hills, California. The house has 5,663 square feet containing five bedrooms and six baths with two primary suites, an open kitchen and living room, a wine cellar, wine storage beneath the stairs, and a six-car garage. The whole thing sits on 1.33 acres of lovely landscaped and partially wooded land.
The Particulars
The unique thing about this house isn’t the vaulted ceilings, some with beams. It isn’t the marble floors and walls. A vaulted covering made of reclaimed wood over an outdoor living area with a gas fire pit next to the bluest of pools and spa is wondrous, but it’s the dozens of windows overlooking all that beauty that is the unique feature of the house.
The windows are a variety of sizes including one ten-foot glass door that pivots. The truly amazing thing about some of them is that they’re glass pocket doors. These are positioned in the living room for quick and easy access to the outdoors as well as in at least one of the cathedral ceiling bedrooms.
I, personally, love lots of windows for natural light and for viewing the beauty of Mother Nature. Natural light is good for cognitive function as well as overall bodily health.
The house is a masterpiece of hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and can lights (allowing all that natural light to do the job properly.) The large kitchen is packed with natural wood cabinets, wood floors, and a huge square island. The dining area in the open floor plan faces one of the glass pocket doors for a lovely view of the outdoors.
The living room with beams along the vaulted ceiling overlooks the stunning outdoors through a ten-foot window. The vaulted ceiling bathrooms are a marble wonder of walk-in showers the width of the room, soaking tubs, and twin vanities the length of the room. The natural light highlights every nuance of the marble.

Real estate has fascinated Scott for a while now, so he began doing projects in the homes of some of his famous neighbors and friends. Now, with his show on E!, he can flip all the houses he wishes. This farmhouse was first listed in 2019 for $6.89 million with The Agency. The price came down just recently.
