This unassuming, welcoming home sits in one of the most pristine and preserved places in the country, Palmetto Bluff.
This area was created by Charlotte-based Crescent Resources to allow the topography of the land, including marshes, wetlands and the May River, to dictate how and where homes and trails are created.
By thoroughly respecting the environment, the development remains surrounded by an unspoiled ecosystem full of wildlife and native vegetation. The naturally rich beauty of this area creates an exceptional space to call home.
