Welcome to our gallery presenting a contemporary home by Fredman Design Group.
This beautiful and modestly-sized home embraces a flowing design scheme that links each of the rooms together.
Fredman Design Group has been designing interiors for over 40 years, and they attribute their success to their philosophy of “yes,” believing that it allows important conversations with their clients to take place.
While you view this gallery, be sure to keep an eye out for the details of this home that make it unique, including beautiful glass tile backsplashes, light hardwood flooring, and a steady color palette.
In the more private rooms, you will see a wider and bolder array of color, while the more public spaces in the home are calm, relaxed, and neutral, but not casual.
The natural, light hardwood floors in the kitchen and living areas contrast with the darker cabinetry and furnishings and create the illusion of a broader floor space.
Other details, like the patterned gray area rug and the unique dark violet drawers in the bedroom, show how the Fredman Design Group spared no attention to detail to bring the character and functionality of this home to life.
This home’s design is the epitome of contemporary class and sophistication.
Please enjoy this collection!

The home’s kitchen is in two-toned gray and dark wood with nearly black granite countertops. The appliances are all stainless steel. The glass mosaic tile backsplash pulls in the warmer tones of the hardwood flooring and breaks up the use of gray.

The other appliances, like the dishwasher, are hidden behind facades that match the lower cabinets. The inside of the dishwasher is lit with a brilliant blue light that gives it a futuristic cast.

The cozy dining room has both bench seating and more traditional seating in the oval-backed chairs. The nook is paneled with soft backrests that make the bench seat just as inviting as the more traditional chairs.

The bold berry color in the previous bathroom is pulled into the primary bedroom’s two-toned wall cabinets. A pop of orange in the throw blanket adds a third color. The two light fixtures hanging above the drawers have tasseled ends.
