The Old River Farm residence is a sprawling mountain designed by Locati Architects, with interior design by Locati Interiors. The home was built by Schlauch Bottcher Construction. Located in Bozeman, Montana, this home flaunts its roots with exposed beams and stone brick everywhere you look.
The estate wraps around a large swimming pond, with decks on both sides, a covered patio at the far end, and an extensive outdoor seating area on the house itself. Although the exterior features extensive stonework, the interior of this home is populated with large exposed beams on nearly every surface, lending fortitude to its classic looks.
This home features soaring arched ceilings, fully featured library, patio based whirlpool, traditional dining area replete with bar, authentic theater room for movie viewing, luxurious bedroom and a handful of other ingenious features.
