The Barnard Residence

The Barnard Residence is a mountain design by Locati Architects and interiors were designed: Locati Interiors. The sprawling two-story home sits on a large property in Wyoming and both its exterior and interior exude a mountain design with modern comforts.

Wood and brick are used throughout the home. Large windows offer panoramic views of the surrounding forest. The homes large deck offers plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors in privacy (see the deck image below).

While the home’s exterior is stone, much of the interior uses exposed logs creating a lodge style interior design. Much of the main floor’s living space is in grand style with elevated ceilings. The second floor is above part of the main floor in a loft style.

Additional notable features include large rooms, game room and mini-bar, large dining room, open concept designs, hard wood floors throughout, circular driveway with covered entrance (called a portecochere), and a luxurious primary en suite bathroom.
