Jessica Alba has had success in the movies and now as an entrepreneur having founded The Honest, a company dedicated to selling safe and eco-friendly products for families. As a dad of young kids, I can appreciate her concern for finding the best products for her kids.
Jessica burst on the movie scene as Sue Storm in the extremely successful Fantastic Four movie franchise.
With all her success, it’s no surprise she’s able to buy a $10 million Beverly Hills estate. With an East Coast style (with gambrel roof), this sprawling estate boasts a huge kitchen, massive primary bedroom, formal dining room and an absolutely stunning backyard with a massive pool, sprawling lawn and a view that won’t quit.
Perched on the edge of a steep hill, it has gorgeous views of the nightly sunset one enjoys in southern California. Not only is this a fabulous home for mom Jessica Alba, but it’s sure a fabulous place to grow up as a kid. Undoubtedly her daughters Honor and Haven will enjoy this comfortable and casual home. What kid wouldn’t love a backyard like that?
Net worth
While Jessica undoubtedly earned millions in the movies, she’s really raking it in as founder of The Honest company. Her current net worth is estimated at a whopping $340 million which she certainly didn’t earn acting. The lion’s share of that sizable fortune is a result of becoming an entrepreneur.
What I like about this home?
Without question the outdoor space is the highlight. It has a large lawn, amazing view, massive patio area adjacent to a beautiful pool. There’s plenty of privacy with large trees on one side and an endless view from all other vantage points.
I’m also a fan of the gambrel roof which gives a home a traditional style that I really like. It’s a design popular in Maine, New York and other New England states. While one might think it’s out of place in Southern California, when looking at this property from the air, it works well given the large property and many trees.
I also love the large white kitchen, which has clearly been updated recently. I’m partial to white kitchens and you can certainly tell no expense was spared in Jessica’s fabulous new kitchen.
