With this gallery we are pleased to put a spotlight on the beautifully restrained interior of the Hans Place project by Roselind Wilson Design.
The interior of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom lateral apartment needed to be crafted, and Roselind Wilson Design was the perfect match.
Employing a soft palette of oyster and blues, offset by dark high gloss timber with black metal and off-white natural stone, the apartment epitomizes the dramatic impact of the owners’ affluent lifestyle.
The bespoke furniture is paired with engaging artwork throughout, dressing the apartment from end to end with rich detail to create the perfect image of modern luxury.
Artful restraint informs the entire space, setting eye-catching detail against minimalist appointments for a perfectly balanced design sense.
A close view of the sofa highlights the rich wood tones and contrast of patterned and colored pillows over the beige cushioning, which matches the carpet.
This free standing cabinet serves as a perfect example of the bespoke minimalism of this home interior, with a simple cubic shape and black and white contrast.
The dining area stands a luxurious black dining table surrounded by grey upholstered side chairs, with sensuous, red painting overhead. This mixture exemplifies the overall aesthetic of the home.
Aside the painting, the dining space is shared with a few pieces of restrained elegance, including black wood shelving for art pieces and marble fireplace beneath a fragmented mirror.
The sleek, black tabletop helps highlight surrounding details, a good example of the design philosophy at play.
Set in a different configuration, we see a white topped table here before the marble fireplace. The fragmented mirror above adds a modern rustic aspect to the room.
A singular armless accent chair with detailed patterns stands before the fireplace, flanked by a pair of cylindrical candle holders.
At the opposite end of the room, we have a minimalist, black frame and white topped side table, standing beneath another bold painting. A pair of similarly minimalist gold hued floor lamps flank the setting.
The study holds this contemporary brown writing desk and plush accent chair below another distinctly striking painting. The high contrast between bold art pieces and neutral hued furniture unifies the interior.
The primary bedroom houses this large platform framed bed and bench set, flanked by a pair of cubic black bedside tables with barrel shade lamps.
Above the bed, another painting of stunning imagery pairs with the elegant minimalism of the surroundings.
A second bedroom houses a similar bed and bench setup, this time in brighter, soft hues. A large button tufted headboard stands between a pair of impressionistic paintings, flanked by two-tiered bedside shelves.
With a closer look, we see the interplay between the chromed bedside lamp, jet-black table, and cream surroundings.
Here is the third bedroom, with yet another spin on the bespoke textures and understated detail of the home’s interior. A grid-like headboard is flanked by privacy-wall panels, with pillows matching those of the living room sofa sit on the white bed.
The lamps in this room are the most surprising detail, appearing like half-open capsules on the black side tables.
The primary bedroom holds this uniquely curved freestanding vanity in light cream tone, with semicircular drawers on each end.
Bathroom features a pair of floating pedestal sinks as a vanity, with wall mounted faucets above.
We leave you with a final image, a close view of an Asian vase on a bespoke circular table, reinforcing the theme running through the interior design.
