Okay, there are nice houses and impressive floor plans then there are those that blow your hair back. This is one of those that will blow your hair back. Coming in at 7,519 sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, that’s merely the tip of the iceberg. Every imaginable amenity is in the home including a jaw-dropping pool oasis in the back.
Specifications:
- Sq. Ft.: 7,519

Let’s chalk this up to “beautiful style”! Kidding. It falls under European but has some hints of Craftsman
Sprawling. Imposing. Grand. All three apply. The portico alone is so chateaux like. With a long drive way and sprawling lawn, anyone driving up to this home can’t help but be impressed. The facade stone and brick which are always great. Let’s keep going to see what this house all includes.
The Main Floor Plan
What we have here is a car-lovers home with 5 separate bays. Further along is a photo of the interior of the garage which is unlike any you’ve ever seen. The main floor theme is large spaces which you’ll agree with me when you see the photos of the rooms.

The Second Floor Plan
Upstairs offers more bedrooms, storage, view to below and a home theater. Not sure I’m wild about the theater on the upper floor but trust me, you’ll like it when you check it out further along in this post.

There’s the garage or should I say fleet of garages lol
The portico leads into a huge driveway area leading into one of five garage bays. Take your pick. Don’t forget which bay each vehicle belongs. This is one of the wildest garage areas I’ve ever seen.
Let the fun begin in the oasis backyard with hot tub, patio space galore and massive rich blue pool
What’s not to like about this backyard. The pool is zero-entry and huge. It includes a grotto slide. The only improvement would be more and better patio furniture. A covered area would be good too. But I’m splitting hairs. it’s awesome.
Welcome to the chateau
From the curb the entry doesn’t look so cavernous but it is once in it. I like that it’s covered but it has a monotonous eeriness about it that I’m not wild about. It could use some furniture, plants and wood.
BAM! Once you’re inside you can’t help but be impressed with the grand entry area
The foyer offers every element that will impress you. Winding stairs. Large centerpiece console table. Massive in size leading into multiple areas of the home. Lastly, a chandelier that is pure awesome.
Open concept right off the bat with large dining area off the entry
Most dining rooms aren’t position at the front door but it kind of makes sense. If you host, people stroll in and start eating lol. Kidding. It’s a great looking space but the star is the coffered ceiling. I’m a sucker for coffered ceiling.
The great room living space is like a fortress or cathedral
That has to be one of the tallest residential ceilings I’ve ever seen. I love it. Can you imagine how much the draperies alone cost? The space is tastefully decorated with a mix of contemporary and traditional all of which oozes luxury. No expense spared.
There’s the kitchen or should I say two kitchens?
Yeah, it’s a luxurious kitchen. Two islands. High-end stools. Custom everything. And then there’s the pantry kitchen behind it with it’s own functions and that too is luxurious. At the end of the day this is unquestionably a six-figure kitchen.
A pantry any chef would love
Here’s that “second kitchen” or pantry. It’s a luxury because it gets rid of all the usual kitchen clutter such as big pots, appliances and food. Makes you wonder what’s in the main kitchen.
And then there’s the fully stocked glittering bar
This is what is known as an entertainer’s paradise. A chef’s dream kitchen with an entertainer’s dream bar area. I love the materials used… it has such a glam factor to it.
Laundry and an office all in one
I guess whoever designed this house works from home and found themselves doing laundry regularly throughout the work day so they decided to put the laundry in the office. It actually kind of makes sense. Regardless, this is one nice laundry room / home office.
Looks like a room in the Four Seasons
Yeah, I’ve splurged on rooms in the Four Seasons and this bedroom’s decor is right up there. It’s large. The massive bed doesn’t overwhelm the room. Rich draperies control the light. So much to like about this room. One change I’d make is one large area rug instead of two. It looks too disjointed with two rugs.
If you thought the previous bedroom was big, check this one out
This is what I’m talking about. coffered ceiling. A pair of chaise lounges, as one should always have. Rich window treatments. Cohesive design. This bedroom is designed to impress.
A walk-in closet to rival most bedrooms in size
This is one glammed up closet which is great because for some folks, getting dressed is a glam project. Leopard print carpeting. Custom island dresser. Leather furniture. Custom built-ins. It’s awesome.
Here’s that home theater on the second floor
This looks bigger than it does on the floor plan, doesn’t it? It’s a full-blown theater. I’d say I’m impressed but I’ve seen many of these over the years. Many homeowners want them. I’m not a huge fan. I was but frankly I prefer a more casual viewing environment.
Wow! It’s a glam powder room as it should be
I’m a big fan of using powder rooms to make a statement. This one does that in spades. One should have fun with it because it’s concealed from the rest of the home so you can wow people with it. It’s what I call good clean interior design fun.
Ahhh, the moment we’ve all been waiting for… the nicest garage I’ve ever seen
There it is. A huge multi-car garage with it’s own viewing platform lol. The garage interior is nicer than many homes. Only a true vehicle lover would sink this kind of money into a garage like this. The landing makes it special even if it’s kind of useless other than it leads to more rooms.
Oh, there is a covered patio area… I should’ve known
Previously I complained that there should be a covered patio area. Lo and behold there is and it’s cozy, elegant and fabulous… everything you’d expect in this home.
That’s a wrap on this magnificent mansion. Hope you enjoyed it. I sure did.
