What’s the greatest accolade an interior designer can receive from a client?
There are two equally good accolades.
The first is the client hires you for a second project.
The second is the client tells their friends about you.
The first accolade is how DÉCOR AID came to design this East Hampton home. DÉCOR AID did such a great job on the family’s NYC home that they hired DÉCOR AID to handle the design of their new East Hampton home.
As you can see, DÉCOR AID delivered very nicely. I think they did a great job. Check it out.
Kicking off the tour through the front door which opens up into a large open living space.
Before going inside, here’s a close-up photo of the patio lounge chairs lined up around the pool.
The patio also includes a large dining area with fireplace under a pergola.
As a vacation home for a family of five, this home includes several bedrooms, each with two beds (except for the primary bedroom).
Here’s another example of a guest/kids’ bedroom with two beds. It is spacious.
And here’s the third guest/kids bedroom. By my count so far, this home comfortably sleeps 6 people plus the primary bedroom.
Now we turn our attention to the primary bedroom with a large platform bed with contemporary bench at foot of the bed.
Here is the magnificent primary bathroom in white and gray. Check out the elaborate design which includes large tub and glass walk-in shower here.
Actually, come to think of it, the living room might be my favorite room. It’s a huge open concept living space with soaring ceilings in white with splashes of charcoal gray. Check out the beach vibe going on here.
The style carries on into the dining area.
As expected, the kitchen is white with stainless steel appliances with a soft gray backsplash.
