House #2: Sells Pacific Palisades Estate for $11.75 Million

Details about the Home

DeAndre invested in the seven bedroom, ten bathroom property in September 2015 and paid $12.7 million for the home. He sold it at a loss, for $11.75 million, at the end of 2016. Located in Pacific Palisades, California the 10,500 square foot home is brand new and incorporates a modern design style with deluxe finishes and amenities.

Situated on two stories in the gated Palisades Rivera neighborhood, the massive square footage includes a professional theater with stadium style seating, a private indoor spa with access to a pool and gym, and a temperature controlled wine room.

The home has an incredible view, overlooking both Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, and the spacious lot and grounds feature elegant landscaping that creates a versatile outdoor space. The property includes a baseball court, a pool and spa, a putting green, and a drought-resistant turf play area. There’s also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and fire pit that offers a second meal prep and entertaining space.

Indoors, the gourmet kitchen with a massive center island flows seamlessly to the family room giving the space a coveted open concept. High-end finishes and details like Fleetwood pocket doors, detailed ornate ceilings, and a custom fireplace make the house feel like a home.

The master suite is a tranquil escape for any homeowner, with access to a spa-like master bathroom and an oversized private balcony to enjoy the view.

What I Love About This House

  • The posh amenities in this house make it a dream come true. The private indoor pool and spa with an attached fitness center are a high-end feature, and the backsplash, marble, and elegant fixtures make it feel more like a private club than your own home.
  • The indoor rec room and outdoor spaces to play and entertain, like the basketball court and putting green, are sure to make this home the place to be. Whether you’re hanging out with a small group of friends and family or throwing a big party, you have lots of options.

  • The architect paid a lot of attention to detail in this home. The materials, like the rich hardwood floors and beautiful recessed woodwork in the ceilings, and the fixtures and finishes all scream luxury.

Net Worth

CelebrityNetWorth.com reports DeAndre Jordan’s net worth at $13 million.  I think this is way too low given the size of his current contract, which is $88 million over four years.  While Celebrity NetWorth.com does a decent job, I believe this particular net worth statistic is outdated.
