The Salam Villa is planned on a north-south oriented plot of land in a residential neighborhood of Casablanca. The plot benefits from a sea view to the north. The main concept plays with openness and fluidity while preserving the required privacy, especially for service spaces.
Thus, the plan is organized around a straight staircase, a sort of pivot and the heart of the project, with all spaces unfolding around it with varying degrees of openness. The private and service spaces can be concealed by large sliding doors if necessary, while the living spaces open generously onto the garden and pool.
