This semi-detached villa is built on a north-south oriented plot with a sea view on the northwest corner. The reception areas are located on the west side, and the service areas are adjacent to the shared wall. A large glass angle on the southwest side allows communication with the pool and garden to the south, taking advantage of the diagonal shape of the plot.
The lines are taut and mark the horizontality and framing of the views. The limited material palette plays with white, raw stone, glass, and a monochrome sea-green zellige, seeking to fit into a Casablanca-inspired aesthetic.
