This Palo Alto home originally had a more traditional design, fitted with a lot of dark paneled wood and closed-off rooms. DesignPad completely renovated the two-story home and added a bedroom to the top floor.
The goal of the project was to open up the interiors, add light and make the spaces more streamlined. We worked closely with Vaso Peritos Interior Design to provide beautiful designs. On the exterior, we focused on updating the design and providing more modern detailing, while meeting the challenge of the city of Palo Alto’s strict planning codes.
