The Reabilitacao house flaunts a modern and minimalist exterior that showcases a box architecture topped by a cupola. The facade is comprised of symmetrical windows and french doors adorned by intricate Juliet balconies.

Clean lines and stark white walls are carried inside. These are then softened by hardwood floors to give the house a warm look despite its modernism. The walls and doors are also bordered by terracotta trims creating a character to the rooms.

A free-flowing layout provides the home with a spacious feel. It is further enhanced by vaulted ceilings along with plenty of windows. There are also verandas that provide an escape from the indoors.
