The first two floors include the communal spaces, while the top floor the more private ones.

The outdoor pool, with the lounge areas, are located close to the entrance pathway of the residence, while at the lower level an introverted, internal open space is developed in direct relation to the spa.

The building’s relationship with the site features influenced the design process. Thus, the residence creates a spatial dialogue with the orientation, the direction and intensity of the winds and the variation of the views of the site.
