The Pacifica Residence features a contemporary look showcasing black horizontal siding beautifully contrasted by vertical wood planks. Some part of the house is clad in corrugated metal siding adding another contrast and texture.

While the exterior is dark and heavy, the interior on the other hand is bright and airy. A high cathedral ceiling crowns the open living space and skylights boost the area’s brilliance. Hardwood flooring along with wooden furnishings and trims emits warm and cozy vibes.

The home’s living space extends onto a wonderful sun deck. It provides an open yet protected space for entertaining.
