Masquespacio is an award-winning creative consultancy created in 2010 by Ana Milena Hernández Palacios and Christophe Penasse. Combining the 2 disciplines of their founders, interior design and marketing, the Spanish design agency creates branding and interior projects through a unique approach that results in fresh and innovative concepts rewarded with a continued international recognition by media specialized in design, fashion and lifestyle trends.
They have worked on projects in several countries like Norway, USA, France, Portugal, Germany and Spain. Actually, they are working on different projects in Spain, Saudi Arabia, Cambodia, Germany, Qatar, Italy, France, USA & Austria.
MASQUESPACIO’s first project in Al Khobar for MO has just been awarded as the Best Middle East & Africa Restaurant during the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards 2022.
The project designed for the bakery / espresso bar brand was previously already named Best Standalone project in the Middle East, while it was shortlisted in the Surface, Cafe and Lighting categories and now selected amongst all winners the Best Restaurant of the Middle East & Africa.
The success of the design for MO happened as a strong collaboration between MASQUESPACIO and MO’s owners in search of an experiential space that looks to the future in a new F&B concept adaptable for any circumstances, being a space where you can go from just grabbing a futuristic cake and coffee to a product presentation or just any of the straightforward events developed by MO’s experience team.
Next to the design for MO, MASQUESPACIO recently also finished projects in Saudi Arabia for Kuwait brand 20 Grams and USA brand Fat Sal’s, while working on several new projects in the Middle East region for restaurants, a hotel and also a new Doha based beauty salon.
Next to the awards for MO, MASQUESPACIO as well won the Restaurant & Bar Design Award in the Fast Casual category with its project for Bun Burgers in Milan; being this recognition a showcase of MASQUESPACIO’s continues expansion towards different countries and cities around the world for clients in search of a strong differentiation between their competitors with ongoing projects in cities like Paris, Los Angeles, Marrakesh and Bangkok amongst others.
