A glazed front door with a trellis awning welcomes you into the beach house.

Tall wood beams framing the full-height glazing add interest to the entry hallway.

The hallway is crowned with a shed skylight that’s accentuated with rustic beams.

The shed skylight is mirrored on this balcony.

The living room features modern seats and a wood-paneled accent wall matching the ceiling.

A marble fireplace adds warmth to the livingr oom.

The first-level bedroom enjoys a private patio with a hot tub.

Pool terrace with cushioned loungers and a stunning view of the Malibu beach.

This bedroom has a barrel-vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows that give sweeping views of the beach.

The outdoor living is filled with a built-in barbecue, an 8-seater dining set, and wicker loungers.
Sited on a long, linear oceanfront lot, this home maximizes views of the beach and mountains while providing privacy from neighboring houses. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house is organized around a central garden with a guesthouse that contains the garage, and exercise room on one end and the main house on the other.
A linear atrium through the main house visually connects the ocean to the central garden, allowing natural light to permeate the entire space without compromising privacy. Large pocket doors allow the interior living spaces to extend onto terraces and patios that overlook the ocean and garden.
