The project of this house will bring to life a great plan to have a private heaven at the riverside. This house is perfect for a comfortable life outside the city. No noise, only clean air and nature instead. The house and the surrounding area actually blend into the natural landscape. In the backyard, there is a lounge zone with a pool (4×12 m), a jacuzzi, and direct access to the river. The area around the house, available for landscaping, is almost 1,000 m². Looks like a dream, doesn’t it?
The area of this one-story house is 373 m². There is the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 master bedroom and bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes. There is an office too, it’s a comfortable place to work at home — this is actual for all times. A garage area is 45 m², it’s perfect for two cars. Also, there are two places for guests’ cars in the driveway.
A good combination of light and dark facades made it possible to present an original design of the house and the surrounding space. It’s also important to pay attention not only to design but also to quality. The walls were insulated. It’s always a good idea to do it, especially when there are big windows. Clinker brick tiles and large-format tiles made of light natural stone were chosen for wall cladding.
The lighting system of the territory and the house emphasizes architectural solutions, lines, and forms. In daylight, the house looks minimalistic and stylish. Nothing too much, but eye-catching. It seems to be a key to a good design.
