Welcome to our gallery featuring the stylish and comfortable Kew renovation project designed by LSA Architects.
LSA Architects prides itself on a client-focused business model. Each client is treated as an individual with unique goals and visions, and LSA Architects works closely with homeowners to ensure that their vision becomes reality. From desired colors, textures, lifestyle information and more, LSA Architects spends time getting to know their clients. This attention to detail is reflected in all their work, and the Kew renovation is no exception.
The above exterior shot of the home reveals understated yet attractive landscaping. A variety of shrubs and trees have room to grow in the carefully plotted garden beds. The red brick walkway leads to the beautiful arched entrance, and is echoed in the brick accents on both the archway and on the outside of the home. The cream and white paint contrasts beautifully with the brick, and with the combined effect of the landscaping creates a stunning traditional home with excellent curb appeal.
The interior of the home’s design is no less impressive. With incredible coffered ceilings, hardwood flooring throughout, and each room denoted by different color schemes that still manage to be cohesive and comfortable, it is clear that the Australian based architecture and design firm lives up to their reputation of fine design and attention to detail.
We hope you enjoy this wonderful gallery featuring the Kew Residence by LSA Architects as much as we do!

An exterior shot of the rear of the home reveals a tile patio leading out to a small and unique turquoise blue pool encased in earth-tone brick. Gorgeous windows allow a peek into the dining area, and allow for plenty of natural light to diffuse throughout the home.
Absolutely gorgeous coffered ceilings with recessed lighting bring elegance to this small living area. Sage walls bring traditional neutral comfort to the room, while the bold red accents tie in with the large area rug and the adjoining crimson entranceway.
On the left, we see another shot of the living area. A cozy corner nook by the fireplace is the perfect place for the homeowners to curl up with a good book, while the built in shelving allows for the display of books and decorative objects. On the right, enjoy another shot of the entranceway. The deep red of the walls complements the red-toned hardwood flooring. Another fireplace welcomes guests.
The dark hardwood flooring contrasts with the lighter hardwood in the smaller living area. This family room features a third fireplace, leading one to believe that relaxation, warmth, and comfort were among the family’s goals when enlisting LSA for design services. More built in shelving, and simple and modern furniture make this room comfortable and stylish. The bright red accent chair takes center stage and ties in with the same bold colors seen throughout the home. Large veiled windows allow natural light to filter in.
This glossy modern red kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bright white cabinetry is as beautiful as it is functional. The candy apple red island matches the vibrant backsplash, and is perfect for preparing family meals.
