House Marloes & Jos Maasbree features a simple modern home with slanting rooflines, stark white stucco, beautiful brick accents, and a vibrant red door that truly stands out. It includes a front-facing garage and black aluminum trims that highlight the house.
Another stunning feature of the house is the central courtyard wrapped in artificial turf. It is bordered by stone tile paving and adorned with a pocket garden. The courtyard is also complemented by covered patios that provide fun outdoor space even in bad weather.
The outdoor living is maximized by oversized sliding glass doors creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living. The glazed doors also enhance the home’s ventilation and lighting making a huge cut in the electricity bill. And of course, let’s not forget the views. The serene and tranquil feel of the courtyard is captured by floor-to-ceiling windows.
The home’s interior is as sleek as its exterior. The open layout enables seamless traffic flow while creating a wonderful spot for gathering. White walls throughout the house brighten the space and contemporary furnishings complete the home’s modern appeal. A few artworks and decor adds interesting characters to each corner of the house.
