Clean lines, pristine white stucco exterior, and expansive glazing enhance the modern appeal of this contemporary home. It is softened by dark wood panels that bring warm and cozy vibes to the house. The stunning contrast between the stark white paint and dark wood also adds to the home’s appeal.
The modern home features two overlapping and perpendicular volumes accentuated with black aluminum. The upper volume serves as a canopy on the lower level patio while providing a striking character at the same time. Every corner of the house is crisp and modern. Even the courtyard and pool terrace have neat modern landscaping. The home’s beauty can be more appreciated at night with its dramatic lighting.
The white and black palette with wood accents continues inside. The furnishings are also modern of course but still comfy. Concrete finishes can be seen in the flooring and stairs which add a slightly industrial vibe to the interior.
The home’s living space is bright and airy. It is surrounded by oversized sliding glass doors that create a smooth transition to the outdoor living and pool terrace. It includes a sophisticated two-sided fireplace, a large TV for entertaining, and a back-to-back sofa ensuring you won’t miss a view from the living area. A distressed round coffee table adds pops of color to the room.
The nearby eat-in kitchen is very simple yet striking. It boasts custom cabinetry with rustic wood hues and a black island fitted with matching wrought iron fixtures. It is equipped with double ovens, a built-in cooktop, and an undermount sink which is again very modern.
The outdoor space is serene and inviting. It features a sparkling pool that serves as a nice focal point in the backyard. The covered lanai is furnished with sun loungers offering a nice spot for relaxing.
