Take a deep breath, lean back, and let your soul dangle the sweeping views of the scenic Lake Maggiore as well as the unrestricted view of the mountains that immediately brings a feeling of vacation coming up.
In the best location and right on the idyllic Lakeshore was an existing house with an unbeatable view completely gutted and renovated to today’s demands and adapted to needs. Just the old basic structure of the stock was white taken on a test basis. The new large, frameless windows reinforce the reference to the lake to the maximum and underline the newly gained modernity of the house.
In the center stood the reduction to the essentials as well as a fine symmetrical that accentuates the clean lines of the existing somewhat playful house. The house offers three different large residential units that can be used individually.
State-of-the-art technology allows the house to be used autonomously since all settings are externally controlled and can be controlled. The color or material concepts precisely matched and joined harmoniously with each other. The protagonist among other things is the warm, Mediterranean Sand-lime brick to be found in the exterior plaster of the house.
The high-quality plaster was specially designed for mixing and included in this object. Parts of this sand-lime brick – that’s how it is perfect symbiosis guaranteed. Rounded is the interior of one as well color fine, on the other materials, matched oak wood.
The reduced material concept takes it just so far pleasant that its unique backdrop allows you to develop freely. Attention to detail, simple elegance and an unconditional commitment to natural materials make the house by the lake a very special experience.
