The main idea of this house lies in the simple forms which are due to the functional zoning. The location on the plot allows the interior area to be separated from the road with a blank front façade, thus creating the necessary level of privacy.
Our main objective in working on this project was to create a minimalist, modern house with concise and light materials. One of the features of the interior is the presence of a staircase hall with two lights. The client also wanted to separate the living room and kitchen-dining room. Therefore, the kitchen overlooks the terrace area with an atrium, opening up a beautiful view of the courtyard space.
