Known for her vintage finds, bold color palettes, and maximalist design, HGTV star Francesca Grace transformed this lackluster condo into a vibrant oasis. Prior to the redesign, the condo lacked functionality and character and had no specific design point of view.
Francesca infused the space with her signature design aesthetic and selected playful pieces in unexpected shapes and textures, resulting in a fresh take on modern design.
Francesca breathed new life into the condo and put her own spin on the design with lush greenery, luxe designer touches, pops of color, bold artwork, and eclectic furnishings.
The outdoor balcony features 70s-inspired pink patio furniture, adding a surprising and refreshing element to the design. Francesca beautifully showcases how a few simple design tricks can really elevate and personalize a space of any size.
The light-filled condo features hardwood flooring, high ceilings with crown molding, durable quartz countertops and sleek tile flooring in the kitchen, wine fridge, and breakfast bar. The two full bathrooms are clean and modern with quartz countertops, dual sinks, walk-in showers, with sleek finishes from Restoration Hardware.
