Located in one of the city’s most highly sought-after neighborhoods and boasting designs by world-renowned visionaries, Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Rockwell Group, demand for the luxury condominium has surpassed all expectations.
Known as a catalyst behind Manhattan’s golden age, the St. Regis Residences brand makes its Miami debut at a similar inflection point in the city’s history.

Indoors, Rockwell Group brings together the historic prestige of the St. Regis brand with Miami’s signature aesthetic to create timeless interior spaces that balance the elegance of Streamline Moderne-inspired geometry and the natural phenomena of the sea.
