About Studio
Founded in 2008, Mutabile develops architectural projects and manages project works of its own. The projects cover different scales and typologies, from small interior renovations to large developments with an urban scale.
For Mutabile, architecture is a way to raise awareness, which is why we are concerned with the entry and path of natural light into spaces, sounds, and winds and the sensations that different spatial conformations can provide.
Language, materials, and local techniques are investigated and rethought, especially from the inside out. That is, the formal configuration of the architecture lends itself to the experience of feeling good in the created space.

The first floor has pedestrian and vehicle access side by side but separated by a wall, with both meeting further forward in the large open space that houses the kitchen, dining, and living areas. In addition to the free floor plan and the complete integration of the rooms, the double-height ceiling and the large glass panel that connects it to the outdoor leisure area also contribute to the spaciousness of the environment. Next to the kitchen, in the section where the first floor advances alone to the front boundary of the lot, there are facilities such as a pantry, toilet, and sauna, the latter also easily accessible from the leisure area. At the back of the house are the staircase leading to the second and a guest suite.
The second floor is dedicated exclusively to the three suites, two smaller ones at the back of the building and a main one closer to the entrance. In addition to having a significantly larger area compared to the other two, this master suite also has a private terrace that uses the advance of the first floor on the main facade. The circulation between the rooms is made by a suspended corridor, a mezzanine that offers a wide view of the rooms below.
The leisure area begins in a large transition area between the internal and external environments, covered by a pergola and the cantilever of the suites on the second floor. There is a gourmet space and a table for outdoor dining. After this transition area, we have the pool deck, an extensive rectangular area with two different floor treatments, and, logically, the pool itself. With faces aligned or mirrored with the game of planes and angles that form the facade of the building, it ends up taking on a beautiful diamond shape.
