This gallery features a gorgeous Santa Fe courtyard and home, designed and created by Mark Design.
The designers tore an old courtyard apart and started from scratch, crafting a unique, colorful, and inviting space for dining outdoors with the feeling and comfort of a traditional dining room.
With a standalone fireplace, wall sconces, and array of furniture, this courtyard holds all of the amenities one could need.
The brightly colored stucco walls are adorned with not only the sconces, but art in the form of an elaborately framed mirror and a vertical succulent garden, framed like a painting.
The living art needs constant watering in the dry climate, but adds a unique touch that makes it worth the effort. The entire home, inside and out, exudes a playfully elegant sense of style.
This patio dining space mimics a traditional indoor space, replete with sconces on the stucco wall, flanking a large decorative mirror. Resin wicker seating and glass topped table complete the dining set.
Pulling back the view, we see the manicured lawn bordered with an intricate garden, including a custom boulder fountain at left.
Custom burnt sienna stucco wall brings vibrant color to the courtyard, with unique framed succulent garden serving as living art.
Viewing inside the home, we see an elegant contemporary L-shaped sectional hugging a natural wood and black metal frame coffee table over a burnt beige rug and red brick tile flooring.
The home interior is filled with artistic details and unique touches, like the red leather armchair and painting in background.
Contemporary natural wood floor lamp stands next to the sectional and an abstract painting in the living room.
Finally, a look at the courtyard before Mark Design transformed it into the vibrant space it is now.
