Throughout more than a quarter of a century, the workshop has completed hundreds of projects in Denver, Moscow, Yerevan, Minsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Anapa, Kaliningrad and etc. The competence of the company includes a wide range of tasks related to the planning of architectural and urban environments – from urban planning solutions and the design of public/residential buildings and structures to interior architecture and applied design. The workshop also deals with research and educational activities in the field of architecture.
This cottage in Obraztsovo is embellished with a modern exterior showcasing expansive glazed walls accentuated with attractive brickwork. Large shed dormers on the front facade add to the home’s appeal.
The home’s full-height glazing reflects the surrounding nature during the day and sparkles with ambient lighting at night that resembles a warm lantern. It creates a grand sense of space and makes you feel like you are in the outdoors even when inside. It perfectly complements the lush surrounding with its natural materials and earthy color palette.
A spacious raised porch allows an easy transition from outside in. Get a good grasp of nature from here or inside through its glass walls. The brick base that wraps around the home flows smoothly to the flagstone courtyard graced with manicured shrubs and lovely flowers.
Inside, contemporary furnishings enhance the home’s modern look and feel. It is balanced by a light hardwood floor in the living space. To create a more inviting vibe, the walls are painted with brown accents.
The dining area has a different aura from the rest of the rooms. Its terracotta flooring and brick accent wall create a rustic feel. One notable feature is the built-in wine rack that matches the wooden dining set.
The brick accent wall is echoed in the primary bedroom but this time it’s painted white. It is complemented by warm furnishings and contemporary lighting. The bathroom also screams a modern aesthetic. It features a floating sink and a deep soaking tub that gives a relaxing spa experience.
