Our client, a developer of projects for sale, commissioned us to design a house that meets all the market needs for its commercialization. With a simple scheme to make the most of the areas, it was developed on 3 levels. A main section wraps the entire structure, freeing it from intermediate structural elements to be able to be modified in a simple way by the final buyer.

At the entrance you are welcomed by a triple-height corridor, the first level with a height of more than 3 meters, there is a very spacious area for the living room, the dining room and a large kitchen with an island, a pantry, a bar and a service station. coffee. On the second level, a TV room, and 3 bedrooms with a dressing room and bathroom each. On the third level with a view of the triple height, an interior room, and 2 terraces, one for service and equipment and another to extend social life with kitchen, bar, living room, dining room and Jacuzzi, with slanted views towards the mountains.
