This renovation of a house in Bosques de las Lomas aims to enhance the existing green views through openings that connect the interior with the exterior. The interior design takes advantage of the generous heights and ample spaces to create a new style and integrate the interior with its surroundings.
The merit of this house lies in the ability to ingeniously solve the particular needs of the family, while creatively attending to all the details. The foyer seeks to highlight its view of the exterior water mirror and takes advantage of the height with a large chandelier and a piece of art as a visual centerpiece.
The bar, a key space in the project, was framed within a wooden box next to the main living room. The display of bottles adds a warm atmosphere to the room, which is very transparent and surrounded by green areas. Upstairs, the family room was transformed into a more cozy and informal space with a flexible element integrated by a TV cabinet with a rotating screen, allowing for television viewing from the sofa or a table for family meals.
