The project encompassed an exterior update complete with pool renovation, construction of an outdoor living room and kitchen, and the addition of a Casita/ADU. In the outdoor kitchen and living room, NatureKast cabinets frame the built-in closed top Evo grill, under the counter flex-zone refrigerators, electric shade screens, overhead mounted Sunpak gas heaters, and cabana fans. At the other end of the outdoor living space is an eye-catching gas fed hearth complete with a rustic style mantel and flat screen mounted over the fireplace.
The design aesthetics used in the outdoor living space accent the pool and match the Mediterranean character of the home and ADU.
For house guests and visitors, we built an open-concept 600 square foot 1-bed 1-bath ADU that matched the Mediterranean style of the home. Complete with a full kitchen, this Casita leaves nothing out! Appliances include a gas-powered range, double door refrigerator with sub-zero freezer, dishwasher, and front load laundry. Capitalizing on the beauty of the outdoor space, this tiny house has oversized sliding doors and large windows overlooking the pool.
