The Brentwood colonial house is reminiscent of an old-world charm graced with horizontal siding, shuttered windows, and a covered porch highlighted by intricate detailing and double columns. The house is further enhanced by mature trees and manicured plants.

The interior mirrors the exterior’s elegance. Stark white walls and decorative ceilings brighten the rooms while contrasting dark wood parquet floors add warmth and a cozy feel. The wood’s tone is echoed in most of the furniture for a cohesive look.

Each room boasts bright and ample space except for the study which is painted in deep blue. It includes paneled walls and a built-in bookcase. The house also features an amazing wine cellar and large trellis porches made for entertaining.
