Located in Fazenda Boa Vista in Porto Feliz, Boa Vista house has 1620m² of built area in two distinct floors, the upper floor houses the intimate area, with direct access to the street level, with 6 suites and 2 intimate rooms open to an ornamental lake that divides them. The lower floor houses not only the work area, but also all the living area, with a 550m² main living room with open spaces integrated with the pool and gourmet area.
This house was designed to be lived in, all the environments were designed in function of the human relations of its inhabitants, inducing conviviality but at the same time preserving individuality.
