The Black House has a contemporary charm showcasing its flat rooflines, charcoal horizontal siding, glass railings, and plenty of sleek windows. The subtle contrast of exterior colors adds to the home’s appeal.
White shiplap walls bring a light and airy feel to the interior. It is well complemented with wooden elements running from the flooring to the ceiling and the furnishings. Touches of black are well distributed throughout the rooms. It adds a sense of elegance while giving the home a distinctive style.
A straight, modern staircase at the entry enhances the contemporary vibe. It is accompanied by a unique chair and a large, wooden sculpture. At the top of the stairs, a tall plant greets you.
Each bedroom of the house has its own character. One has a cozy feel heightened by shiplap walls and wide plank flooring. The other one is modern where a custom headboard with an inset shelf sets a nice focal point. And the third bedroom has a camper’s feel featuring its custom bed that’s shaped like a tent.
