What makes a great house plan for retirees and empty nesters?  It could be anything but for this collection we focused on a feature many retirees appreciate it and that is an RV garage.  What makes this feature so great is that even if you don’t have an RV, the extra space is ideal for all kinds of uses such as hobbies, storage, etc.

Other considerations were size and a variety of designs since everyone is different and looks for something different in a home design.
