Located in the hills of Santa Barbara, the home offers beautiful views of the mountains and classic, clean design and architectural elements that honor the home’s original character. Prior to the renovation, the home was in major disrepair with a lack of flow, and Dylan even found a deer standing in the living room. Dylan and his team took the entire structure down to the studs and started over using the home’s original skeleton to build it back up.
The cabinetry in the home is a combination of a book-matched walnut flat panel in the kitchen and flat-panel white oak for the bath vanities, which is a modern twist on the Mid-Century aesthetic. Dylan’s goal for the architecture and design was to honor the home’s original design while putting a fresh touch on the floor plan, layout, textures, materials, and finishes.
The gorgeous home is now an architectural masterpiece that has been brought to life and updated for modern living.
