Lori Dennis has unveiled her stunning interior design project in Beverly Hills, a luxurious home that showcases functionality and brilliance. The Bedford House, located in the heart of Beverly Hills, offers a breathtaking multi-million-dollar luxury living experience. Spanning across three levels and encompassing nearly 10,000 square feet, this modern masterpiece features seven bedrooms, ten baths, and an array of exquisite amenities.

As you step into the grand foyer, your eyes are immediately drawn to the elegantly curved staircase, serving as the centerpiece of the home. This architectural marvel effortlessly connects the private sleeping quarters to the lower-level basement lounge and spa. The basement is a haven of entertainment, boasting a wet bar, game room, extra-large home spa with wet and dry saunas, a fitness center, and a state-of-the-art home theater.

One of the highlights of the Bedford House is the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors invite natural light to flood the home and provide stunning views of the resort-style pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen. The concept of indoor-outdoor living is taken to new heights, offering the ultimate experience in luxury living.

The design philosophy behind this contemporary home is to create a warm and comfortable ambiance. The smooth white plaster finish adds a touch of sophistication, while the wood accents, including a wood garage door and a double-height pivot door, infuse warmth into the space. The strategic use of light and glass further enhances the overall design, with fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and glass panel railings creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The exterior of the home is equally captivating, with warm grey tile adding visual depth to the facade and stone pavers lending a classic touch to the driveway. Drought-tolerant landscaping featuring olive trees elevates the front yard, imparting a modern Mediterranean style.

Inside the home, every room exudes elegance and attention to detail. The formal living room features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, bathing the seating area in natural light. Recessed perimeter lighting and light strips throughout the home create a soft glow and a subtle ambiance. The spacious great room showcases a modern fireplace with a black tile finish, and full-height sliding glass doors seamlessly connect the space to the outdoor lounge and pool area.

The home’s kitchen is designed with both style and functionality in mind. A dual kitchen layout, with a clean and beautiful version as the focal point and a hidden messy kitchen tucked away, offers the best of both worlds. Custom cabinetry work by DOCA Beverly Hills adds a touch of luxury, while high-quality plumbing and Miele appliances sourced from Ferguson complete the kitchen’s impeccable design.

The primary bedroom suite is a true retreat, featuring a sitting area, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, and a private terrace overlooking the pool. The primary bathroom is a spa lover’s dream, with radiant flooring, a curbless steam shower, a freestanding bathtub, and dual marble vanities.

The lower level of the home provides a wealth of entertainment options. The wet bar, game room, home theater, and home spa with a sauna offer endless possibilities for relaxation and recreation. Additionally, a home gym fitness center, a second laundry room, and guest quarters ensure that every need is met.

Throughout the home, attention to detail is evident in the selection of furniture, lighting, and decor. From the carefully chosen chandeliers to the thoughtfully arranged seating areas, each space exudes sophistication and style.

The Bedford House in Beverly Hills is a testament to Lori Dennis’s exceptional talent and vision as an interior designer. With its harmonious blend of functionality, elegance, and modernity, this luxury residence offers a truly extraordinary living experience.
