A blend of concrete and stucco siding brings out an impeccable curb appeal to the Ardross House. Its modern look is enhanced with perfectly clean lines and expansive windows that bring an abundance of natural light in. It includes a front-loading garage and a sleek entrance with a large wooden front door topped with an awning.
The contemporary appeal is carried into the interior showcasing a single-stringer staircase that greets you upon entry. Tall windows provide ample natural light and great views of the garden in front.
The main living area is spacious and airy. It has an open layout that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Oversized sliding glass doors extend the open living space onto an elongated balcony where you get the best views of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line appliances and a waterfall island fitted with a prep sink.
Other features of the house include a tiled bathroom with a deep soaking tub and vessel sink vanity, modern lighting fixtures, and a bright laundry room with high gloss cabinets, lots of counter space, and direct outdoor access through a glazed door.
