This apartment for a family with one child in Dublin.
The windows in the bedrooms overlook the bay so this fact dictated the arrangement of furniture in the bedrooms. The main challenge was finding enough storage space with limited space in the apartment. The height of the ceilings is very small, which also complicated the task.
And finally, the most important difficulty in creating this project was that this apartment is in Dublin, and our design bureau is located in Moscow. At that time, we had already done many projects remotely, but this was the first project for us where the native languages for the customer and for us were different languages and we needed to fully translate all the drawings into technical language.
The customer was satisfied with the result, and we have no idea what will happen in a couple of years, in distant 2018, prepared ourselves for completely remote work under any conditions!
