This Californian bungalow in Northcote was in need of a make-over and more room to entertain and accommodate overseas guests.
The renovation consisted of retaining the 3 x existing bedrooms but increasing there size, adding a walk-in robe and Ensuite to the main bedroom and a generous open plan kitchen/living area to open up on a landscaped north facing backyard.
They also wanted to convert a tired looking shed in the rear yard to a self-contained bungalow that could be used as a BnB or visiting family members from overseas.
