Simplicity is the name of the game with this design. Check out the floor plan for the main floor below. The footprint is a square. Dining room, large den, great room, dining area and kitchen.
Upstairs includes 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature a walk-in closet.
The basement is also sizeable, with a fifth bedroom and of course a rec room and bathroom. This home’s design includes the garage below the main living level.
One nice exterior touch is the full-width porch that is plenty deep enough to accommodate some chairs.
