The Interlock cottage features a practical floor plan designed for viewing and sloping lots. An expansive terrace in front extends the living space outdoors as it gives you a panoramic view of the serene surrounding.
As you stepped into the house, you’ll find the entry hallway with a coat closet leading to the secondary bedrooms on the left. On its right is the open living space topped with a sloped ceiling. There’s a fireplace to keep the home warm and cozy while a sliding glass door next to it opens to the terrace.
The kitchen across offers ample counter space and an island with additional seating. It serves the nearby dining space that opens to the backyard.
A full bathroom with laundry facilities rounds out the main floor.
The primary suite is secluded on the upper level for optimum privacy. It has a private bath, a large walk-in closet, and a sitting area. A spacious mezzanine opposite it can be turned into another room in case of future expansion.
