Already one of the most famous and successful singers, songwriters, and musicians in the world, Taylor Swift is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the global real estate market and currently owns more than $81 million worth of penthouses and mansions throughout the United States.

With an estimated net worth of $360 million, Taylor Swift rose to fame with her first hit single in 2006, “Tim McGraw.” She has gone on from there to write and sing numerous other hit singles, such as “Shake It Off,” “I Knew You Were Trouble,” and “Love Story.” Most people know these things about Taylor Swift but many do not realize that she is quickly becoming a real estate mogul too.

Taylor Swift currently owns more than million worth of penthouses and mansions throughout the United States, including New York City, Nashville, Rhode Island, and Beverly Hills.

The first property Taylor Swift purchased was located in Nashville. The 3,240 square-foot condo overlooks the city that offered her a chance at stardom after moving there as a teen with her parents from Pennsylvania. After that, she purchased a Cape-Cod home in the Beverly Hills area for a cool $3.35 million then later sold it for $4 million, netting her a decent profit. In 2011, the music superstar purchased a 5,000 square foot Greek Revival-style home in Nashville for her parents before throwing down $1.78 million on a mid-century-modern-style home in Los Angeles.

The Grammy Award-winning songstress then purchased a beach mansion in the Watch Hill area of Rhode Island for $17.75 million before dropping $20 million for two penthouses in the very trendy section of Manhattan known as Tribeca.

Her best purchase is considered to be her Goldwyn mansion in Beverly Hills that she bought for $25 million in 2015.

The historic mansion was created by film producer Samuel Goldwyn and to honor him, Taylor Swift is in the process of restoring the beautiful home to its original state in 1934. She applied for and received Los Angeles landmark status in 2018 for their home and promised at that time to restore it and that it will not be demolished or significantly changed at any time in the future.

Taylor Swift has been dating British actor Joe Alwyn for the past three years and rumor has it that the couple is now checking out the real estate market in London, England. When it comes to choosing gorgeous and grand homes, Joe may want to leave that part to her as she has proven herself to be quite knowledgeable and successful.

At the ripe old age of 30, Taylor Swift does not seem to have any plans on slowing down when it comes to her career as a musician, singer, and songwriter, or as a real estate mogul. She has a new Netflix documentary out entitled, Miss Americana, and is focusing on purchasing a home to share with Alwyn in the near future. With $81 million of real estate purchases under her belt, she is fast becoming a force to be reckoned with in the global real estate market as well as continuing to be a chart-topping, award-winning artist.
