With a net worth of around $285 million, Canadian-born Justin Bieber purchased a vacation house, referred to as the Water Falling Estate, in the beautiful state of Hawaii, and has had it listed for sale at a whopping $26.5 Million. If you can’t afford to purchase it, though, do not fret for it is also available to rent at the budget amount of $10,000 per night.

The gorgeous property overlooks some of Hawaii’s most amazing waterfalls and boasts a rooftop helipad along with an Olympic-sized swimming pool. The property also offers a diving pool and a private golf course. If golfing is not your thing, it also sports an entire tennis and basketball stadium, complete with two residential elevators.

The grand three-story house on the property features 10 bathrooms, five bedrooms, two primary suites with a lanai that are located on the top floor of the mansion. The property is located a few miles up the road from Hilo and is situated on eight acres of land and ravines on the edge of the ocean.

From the main living area, you have a bird’s eye view of spectacular waterfalls as well as the blue ocean. The main living area offers not only a large dining area but a chef’s kitchen. It also includes a media area, two whirlpools, a sauna, a game room, a shower area, and two guest suites, all on the aquatic level of the home. You can also cook in an outdoor kitchen and enjoy meals in an outdoor dining area if you prefer.

A guest house on the property features one bedroom, a four-car garage, a helipad, and an additional parcel of land that is 1.36 acres.

Currently listed for $9.95 million, the property will be going to auction August 15th with a $5.99 million reserve.
