Why is everyone talking about Gisele Bündchen’s new $9.1 equestrian estate? I’ll tell ya because it has both interesting and fabulous features.
- Old-world exterior, cutting edge industrial interior: At first glance Gisele Bündchen’s new $9.1 million estate appears to be an old-world elegant mansion. That’s until you step inside. Seriously, the exterior has this manor-vibe appearance. When you enter, it’s approaching an industrial style throughout. Such a cool juxtaposition.
- Backyard amenities: With 7.5 acres, all of which is beautifully manicured, this estate has it all including stunning pool and hot tub, lit tennis court, gourmet outdoor kitchen with covered dining area, huge covered patio lounge and stables for horses.
While $9.1 million is a lot of money, Gisele scooped up quite a mansion for that money.

The lighting is definitely cool but the nighttime aerial not as impressive as if it had been taken during the day. Regardless, if you look closely, you get a sense of what this estate has. A sizeable mansion, pool, stables, and tennis court all surrounding a large chunk of grass. I love that property.
BOOM! I bet you did not expect this design style after first seeing the front exterior. Obviously, it’s totally renovated in a cool industrial style.
Tons of open space defines the main floor of Gisele’s mansion. With two story ceilings and open concept main floor you see it all as soon as you enter the large entry area.
Everything in Gisele’s mansion is big. The kitchen and island are huge. The living room features an enormous white sectional sofa. Despite the size of the furniture and kitchen there’s enough space to roller skate.
My favorite room of any home is the living / family rooms. This is my style with an obsceney large U-shaped white section on stylish cream rug facing a grey and white brick accent wall with mounted TV. Super cool.
Here’s Gisele’s dining area with a table that comfortably accommodates 10 people. The space is so huge you could easily put a table for 14 or more.
the primary bathroom is larger than many apartments. It’s ultra contemporary with huge walk-in shower, double vessel built-in vanity, bench next to floor-to-ceiling windows wrapped in cool grey tones and accented with natural wood.
This is my favorite photo of Gisele Bündchen’s mansion. The pool area is resort-like with perfect grass, seating all over the place and a few palm trees for good measure. Check out all those pool loungers.
This is an outdoor kitchen and pation dining area fit for monarchs. Every aspect of the design was carefully planned out. Check out the custom covering. The outdoor kitchen isn’t some nasty DIY mess. It’s a massive kitchen with every amenity you could want to make pretty much any dish. The dining area is for 12 people. So cool.
Just when you thought Gisele’s covered patio couldn’t get better you come to this massive covered area with ceiling fans and multiple lounge areas with the finest patio furniture money can buy. Frankly, the more I look at this estate, the more I’m thinking Gisele got a great deal at $9.1 million.

Who is Gisele that qualifies her mansion as a celebrity home?
Gisele’s claim to fame is twofold. First, she’s a supermodel from Brazil. She’s been earning millions gracing covers and magazines since 2001. She’s been in such high demand for so long that she’s amassed a $400 million net worth. While that’s an absolute boatload of money, it’s not surprising given that by 2015 been on 2,000 magazine covers, in 3,500 magazine editorials and 800 fashion shows [source: Wikipedia]. If you do the math, that comes to about $63,500 per professional engagement. I know that’s wild math and purely speculation. You should also know she doesn’t just make money from modeling. She launched a sandal line and skincare line. The sandal line continues earning her money but the skincare line is discontinued.
Second, she’s famous and, I daresay, a household name due to having been married to and having kids with none other than Tom Brady, the GOAT quarterback. I’m not saying Tom made her more famous; I’m saying when two celebs get married, as a couple they individually become more famous. Together, they bought several multimillion dollar homes, estates and apartments. Here’s Gisele’s and Tom’s $20 million apartment they shared.
Interestingly, she’s worth more and earns more than her famous football ex-husband. This surprised me. Tom earned outrageous sums over a long professional football career in both salary and endorsements yet it didn’t come close to what Gisele brings home.
While they recently split up, they share three kids and both remain high-profile, wealthy celebs.
