This 2-bedroom modern home offers a compact floor plan designed for an ADU or a guest house. Its open layout creates seamless traffic flow as it adds visual space inside. It also features lots of covered porches and decks promoting outdoor living.

The combined living room and eat-in kitchen has a shed ceiling and clerestories that bring in an abundant amount of natural light. A wood stove in the living room creates a cozy ambiance while L-shaped counters provide the kitchen with a great workspace. A large pillar where the wood stove is fixed separates the home office from the living space.

The bedrooms are located at the home’s rear for privacy. The primary bedroom offers a private bath while the second bedroom shares a hall bath with the main living space. Both bedrooms enjoy a private porch.

A utility room rounds out the house plan. It hosts a stackable washer and dryer, a storage closet, and a water heater.
