Cher’s estate on Gorce Island in Miami Beach is for sale. Asking price: $22 million. Cher owned the property from 1993 to 1996 and renovated the home during that time. In 1996, she sold it for $4.35 million. It was sold again in December 2017 for $15.5 million.

It’s huge and features amenities you don’t come across in your average bathroom. Across from the vanity is a daybed. Nestled in a cove across the room is a large square tub with arched windows around it.
One guest bedroom is somewhat unique in that it’s decked out in mirrors. There’s a children’s bedroom too. Even though it’s furnished with bunk beds, the room in no way feels cramped.
Other highlights of this home include a media room, bar, gym, game room, office, and even an air-conditioned garage. And if you want to arrive on the island in style, you might like to know that the dock on the property can accommodate a yacht.
