This seven bedroom property located within the suburbs of Kingston upon Hull was carefully designed to replace an existing bungalow that sat within a generous plot.
The proposal was designed in a U-shape arrangement at ground floor to provide maximum privacy to, and from, existing adjacent properties whilst taking full advantage of the established landscape and orientation of the sun.
